A certified workshop is an independent bike shop that has been trained and certified by VanMoof to perform maintenance and repairs on VanMoof bikes. This means you have access to almost the same level of VanMoof service as you’d get from a Brand Store or Service Hub, even if your city doesn’t have one.
Our certified workshops can handle the same repairs as our Brand Stores with the exception of:
If you’re in need of a repair that can’t be done by the certified workshop or need help with a different issue, please schedule a regular Bike Doctor appointment at the nearest Brand Store, Service Hub, or via your My VanMoof account.
A certified workshop is an independent bike shop – it is not owned by VanMoof. Certified workshops are licensed by VanMoof, and their mechanics are trained according to our highest standards to perform maintenance and repairs on VanMoof bikes.
You can book your appointment via your MyVanMoof account. You’ll be directed to our booking tool via the Help page. We’ll make sure the information is shared with the certified workshop to schedule the appointment.
As the VanMoof community grows, we’re expanding our level of service for riders based outside our Brand Store and Service Hub cities. To make this possible, we’re now partnering with other bike workshops to make the lives (and rides) of VanMoof riders across the world easier.
The mechanics are trained to service and repair (with some exceptions) the VanMoof S3 and VanMoof X3. If you have a different bike, please schedule a regular Bike Doctor appointment at the nearest Brand Store or Service Hub via your MyVanMoof account.
