Fill in our application form. Once our team have reviewed it, one of our account experts will be assigned to you if we're a good match.
When the ins and outs have been discussed, we'll offer you a contract.
Once you've accepted your contract, we'll train you in all-things-VanMoof.

We're on a mission to get as many people riding electric in cities all over the world – and certified workshops are key to making that a reality.
We're looking for partners that have experience in servicing and repairing bikes, have an active interest in the community, and want to expand their repertoire to include the servicing of VanMoof e-bikes.
Although we want to get as many people on the move as possible, we're currently most interested in partners located in Bremen (DE), Frankfurt (DE), Munich (DE), Munster (DE), Cologne (DE), Eindhoven (NL) and Los Angeles (US).
More people than ever are choosing to ride electric, so you can count on a steady stream of regular business. Depending on the size of your store, you can service up to 25+ of our hassle-free e-bikes a day. Sound like a plan?

4-hour training session led by our expert Bike Doctor learning team

Expanding our Service Hubs and certified workshops means our riders can access service more easily.
We've partnered up with bike shops in 34 cities so far, and we've got no plans on slowing down.
Our certified workshops are carefully chosen based on reviews, the number of VanMoof's in the area, and on whether you share the same attitude as us towards servicing VanMoof riders. Certified workshops are there to repair bikes, offer answers to any questions our riders might have, (and perhaps offer the occasional cup of coffee).
The main focus of our certified workshops will be to repair bikes. Depending on where the shop is based, it could be that some certified workshops also offer test rides, but all sales would happen via our website.
A combination of factors are looked at when we want to open a new certified workshop – we look at what area requires service, as well as listening to our riders and looking at sales in that area.
Yes – however, it's not required to have had previous experience with VanMoof e-bikes, as you will be trained by our in-house Bike Doctor trainers. You will also have unlimited access to our learning platform where all information is readily available for any repair that you may come across, and if that's not quite enough – you will also have support from your designated account manager as well as a Senior Bike Doctor for any further questions you might have.
Firstly, we love your enthusiasm. Secondly, we're looking for repair shops in areas where the service is needed by our existing rider community rather than exploring new areas for business. But saying that, we're always keen to hear where we should pop up next.
