If your bike goes missing, report it through the app and to the police within 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking link to start the search. At the same time, our Bike Hunters will jump into action. If neither you nor our Hunters can track it down within 14 days, a replacement will be on its way.
No sign-up, documents, or additional information are needed. Add on our Theft Proof service before or after your bike purchase, and that’s it – start riding worry-free.
Your Kick Lock has you covered. Forget about carrying an extra lock – as long as you follow the normal steps to lock your bike with the tap of a toe, you’re good to go.
Our Theft Proof service is currently available for riders in the Netherlands, Germany and France, with the United Kingdom also coming soon.
