Orders & Shipment

Shipping costs, taxes and duties
We are proud to tell you that we do not charge you any shipping costs if you live in the Netherlands! Unfortunately, we need to charge 30 euro if you want us to deliver the VANMOOF within the EU in any other country than the Netherlands. However, the duties and taxes are nothing for you to worry about. It's on us. You get your product for the price listed on your order, so no hidden costs.

Delivery and processing
Once the order has been placed it takes us up to two working days to prepare him for his journey and say goodbye. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is 4-10 working days after you have placed the order. Outside the Netherlands, the delivery time is 8-14 working days after you have placed the order.

Order status
As soon as we have waved your package goodbye we will email you a shipping confirmation notice. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact us. You can also at any time visit My Account. Here you will find updated information on the status of your order.

Outside Europe
So sorry, but we are currently only able to serve locations inside the European Union. The good news is that our bikes are available outside the EU as well. To find dealers of VANMOOF near you, go to the website, for dealer info on Strida, go to the Strida website.

Assembly
If you order a Strida you can jump on your new bike as soon as you are united with him. No assembly needed! However the VANMOOF needs a little bit of assembling. Just some easy things like placing the seat and the paddles. These instructions tells you all about it.


Maintenance

Maintenance
To keep your bike fast and smooth make sure to take care of him on a regular basis. A manual will be provided to tell you the ins and outs of keeping your bike in great shape. No worries, it's as easy as 1,2,3!

Personal adjustments
It is possible to adjust the seat and handlebar to the height and angle that fits your size and personal preferences. The provided manual will explain you how easy it is to do this. Tools will be included!


Warrantee & Returns

Return and exchange policy You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 working days after we have received your return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or when an error has occurred filing the order. Please be sure to follow the instructions on the return form when sending back items, it will enable us to quickly process the return. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product, you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchase. Get a return form.

Return used item
So sorry, but we can only accept products in new unused condition for returns. See our return policy.

Warrantee
VANMOOF
VANMOOF distributor warrants each new VANMOOF bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years. All original components are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective frame, or defective parts and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to original owners and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to your seller. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Modification of the frame or components shall avoid this warranty. Your VANMOOF distributor shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Labor charges associated with parts changeovers are not covered by the warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.

STRIDA
Strida distributor warrants each new Strida bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials, for 5 years.
